风险管理在精神科护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management in the Nursing Management in the Department of Psychiatry

目的分析采取风险管理的价值和意义以提高精神科护理管理质量。方法根据随机原则的相关要求从2016年3月—2017年3月在该院精神科工作的护理人员中选取60名作为研究对象并应用计算机软件将其平均分为两组,其中对照组接受常规护理管理措施,而观察组则接受风险管理,比较不同管理措施对护理质量的影响。结果对照组健康宣教、病房管理、规范服务、护理文书书写4个方面评分分别为(90.5±3.2)分、(91.3±2.8)分、(91.6±2.4)分、(92.5±3.1)分,而观察组健康宣教、病房管理、规范服务、护理文书书写4个方面评分分别为(95.5±2.9)分、(97.5±2.1)分、(97.7±1.9)分、(98.8±1.9)分,观察组评分明显占优势(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理管理中实施风险管理,既可以改善护理质量,又可以保障患者治疗安全,效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective Analyze the value and significance of risk management to improve the nursing management quality in the department of psychiatry.Methods 60 cases of nursing staff working in the department of psychiatry in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group used the routine nursing management measures,while the observation group used the risk management,and the effect of different nursing management measures on the nursing quality was compared.Results The scores of health education,ward management,standardized service and nursing paper in the control group and in the observation group were respectively(90.5±3.2)points,(91.3±2.8)points,(91.6±2.4)points,(92.5±3.1)points and(95.5±2.9)points,(97.5±2.1)points,(97.7±1.9)points,(98.8±1.9)points,and the scores in the observation group were obviously advantageous(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management in the nursing management in the department of psychiatry can improve the nursing quality,and ensure the treatment safety,and the effect is obvious,which is worth clinical application.
