儿科护理管理中风险防范式护理的临床应用研究

Research on Clinical Application of Risk Preventive Nursing in the Nursing Management in the Department of Pediatrics

目的分析儿科护理管理中风险防范式护理的临床应用效果。方法抽取该院2017年11月—2018年2月期间儿科收治的120例患儿的临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患儿给予常规护理模式,观察组患儿给予风险防范式管理。评估两组患儿的护理质量评分以及患儿家长的焦虑情绪和家长对护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的护理质量评分、家长焦虑情绪以及对护理满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险防范式护理应用于儿科护理管理之中,能够有效地提升其护理质量,且稳定患儿的情绪,提高其对护理的满意度和配合度,值得推广和运用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of risk preventive nursing in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics.Methods 120 cases of patients in the department of pediatrics from November 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing model,while the observation group used the risk preventive management,and the nursing quality scores and anxiety emotion of patients’family and satisfactory degree to the nursing were evaluated.Results The nursing quality score,anxiety emotion of patients’family and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk preventive nursing in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics can effectively improve the nursing quality,stabilize the emotions of patients and improve the satisfactory degree and cooperation degree,and it is worth promotion and application.
