临床护士老年护理知识与技能在职培训的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of In-service Training of Senile Nursing Knowledge and Skill of Clinical Nurses

目的研究临床护士老年护理知识与技能在职培训的临床效果。方法对该院的152名护士进行老年护理知识与技能在职培训。对比在职培训前后所有护理人员老年护理知识与技能测试结果的优良率以及老年患者对护理的满意度。结果培训后该院护理人员的老年护理知识与操作技能测试结果优良率明显高于培训前(P<0.05)。培训后老年患者的护理满意度(94.0%)明显高于培训前(68.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对临床护士进行老年护理知识与技能在职培训,应用效果良好值得临床推广应用。

Objective To research the clinical effect of in-service training of senile nursing knowledge and skill of clinical nurses.Methods 152 cases of nurses in our hospital were for senile nursing knowledge and skill in-service training,and the senile nursing knowledge and excellent and good rate of skill test results and satisfactory degree of senile patients to the nursing were compared before and after the in-service training.Results After training,the senile nursing knowledge and excellent and good rate of operation skill test results of the nursing staff in our hospital were obviously higher than those before training(P<0.05),after training,the satisfactory degree of senile patients to the nursing was obviously higher than that before training(94.0%vs 68.0%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The senile nursing knowledge and skill in-service training of clinical nurses can have a good clinical effect,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
