济宁市任城区2017年公共场所卫生质量状况监测分析

Analysis of Monitoring of Sanitation Quality Status of Public Place in Rencheng District in Jining in 2017

目的探讨任城区公共场所卫生质量状况,为加强公共场所卫生监管提供科学依据。方法按照《公共场所卫生标准》等要求对辖区内有卫生许可证的宾馆业、美容美发业、文化娱乐场所和商场等公共场所中的公共用品及空气进行了采样检测。结果各类公共场所中,商场的空气监测合格率最低,仅为77.78%;美容美发店的监测合格率最高,为92.53%,四类场所空气合格率经χ~2检验比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。洗浴场所公共用具的合格率最低,为85.29%,各公共场所公共用具合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论任城区各类公共场所的卫生质量总体情况良好,但仍应加强对公共场所的监督管理,督促各单位落实各项卫生管理制度,防止疾病的传播。

Objective To study the sanitation quality status of public place in Rencheng District in Jining thus providing scientific basis for enhancing the sanitation monitoring of public places.Methods The public goods and air in the public places such as hotels,hairdressing,hairdressing,entertainment and shopping malls with the sanitation license in region were for sampling test according to the sanitation standards of the public places.Results The qualified rate of air monitoring in the shopping malls was the lowest,which was only 77.78%;and the monitoring qualified rate of hairdressing was the highest,accounting for 92.53%,and the difference in the air qualified rate among the four types of places was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the qualified rate of public appliance in the bathing place was the lowest,accounting for 85.29%,and the difference in the qualified rate of public appliance in various public places was not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion The total status of sanitation quality of various public places in Rencheng District is good,but we should still enhance the supervision and monitoring of the public places,urge various units to implement various health management systems,and prevent the spread of diseases.
