西格列汀联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果评价

Evaluation on Clinical Effect of Sitagliptin Combined with Benazepril in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的针对糖尿病肾病患者,采用西格列汀联合贝那普利的治疗方法进行治疗,分析其临床效果和安全性。方法选取该院2017年3月—2018年2月收治的68例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分成两组,实验组34例采用西格列汀联合贝那普利治疗方案,对照组34例单纯采用西格列汀治疗,对比二组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者出现不良反应的几率低于对照组,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者采用西格列汀联合贝那普利的治疗方案能够有效提升治疗有效率,改善患者的血糖情况,而且出现不良反应的几率相对较低,说明该治疗方法临床应用价值较高,适合进一步研究推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of sitagliptin combined with benazepril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 68 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each,the experimental group were treated with sitagliptin combined with benazepri,while the control group were treated with simple sitagliptin,and the treatment effective rate,incidence rate of adverse reactions,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and serum creatinine were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statically signficant(P<0.05),and the occurrence probability of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference there was no statically signficance in the difference(P>0.05),and the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and serum creatinine were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were statically signficant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sitagliptin combined with benazepril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the treatment effective rate,improve the blood glucose,with relatively low adverse reactions,which shows that the treatment method has a higher clinical application value,and it is suitable for the further research and promotion.
