糖尿病妇女无痛人工流产术的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Painless Artificial Abortion of Diabetes Women

目的探讨糖尿病妇女无痛人工流产术的效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月在该科实施无痛人工流产的糖尿病妇女103例为观察组,并将同期收治的进行常规人工流产的102例糖尿病妇女作为对照组,比较效果。结果观察组镇痛率为100%,宫颈扩张松弛率为89.3%,不良反应发生率为2.9%,明显优于对照组52.0%、20.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FPG(6.8±0.6)mmol/L,较人工流产前无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病妇女进行无痛人工流产,能明显提高镇痛效果,减少患者血糖应激性增高和不良反应的发生,值得应用。

Objective To study the effect of painless artificial abortion of diabetes women.Methods 103 cases of diabetes women with painless artificial abortion in our department from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the observation group,while 102 cases of diabetes women with routine artificial abortion admitted and treated in our hospital were selected as the control group,and the effect was compared.Results The analgesic rate,dilatation and relaxation rate of cervix and incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(100%,89.3%,2.9%vs 58.8%,52.0%,20.6%,the difference was statically signficant(P<0.05),and the FPG(6.8±0.6)mmol/L in the observation group had no obvious change compared with that before the artificial abortion,the different was not statstically signficant(P>0.05).Conclusion The painless artificial abortion of diabetes women can obviously improve the analgesic effect,and reduce the hyperglycemia and occurrence of adverse reaction,and it is worth application.
