地特胰岛素与诺和灵N治疗妊娠期糖尿病临床疗效观察 被引量:2

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Insulin Detemir Combined with Novolin N in Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨地特胰岛素与诺和灵N治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效与安全性。方法选取该院2013年6月—2017年10月收治的将60例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为两组。所有患者均给予符合妊娠期要求的糖尿病饮食及运动和教育,观察组使用地特胰岛素控制空腹血糖,对照组使用诺和灵N控制空腹血糖,两组均为每晚睡前皮下注射,两组均辅以三餐时生物合成人胰岛素治疗。治疗12周后比较两组患者的空腹血糖控制情况、HbA1c、达标时间和低血糖发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组有更好的空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平,达标时间短,更少的夜间低血糖发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地特胰岛素在治疗妊娠糖尿病患者中比诺和灵N具有更高的有效性和安全性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the curative effect and safety of insulin detemir combined with novolin N in treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods 60 cases of patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,all patients were given the diabetes dieting and exercise and education meeting the gestational requirements,and the observation group used the insulin detemir to control the fasting blood glucose,while the control group used the novolin N to control the fasting blood glucose,and both groups used the subcutaneous injection before sleep every night,and both groups were given the adjunctive therapy of biosynthesis of human insulin at three meals,and the fasting blood glucose control situation,HbA1c,standards-reaching time and incidence rate of hypoglycemia were compared after 12-week treatment.Results The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were better in the observation group than those in the control group,and the standards-reaching time was shorter,with lower incidence rate of hypoglycemia at night,and the differenc was statistically signficant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness and safety of insulin detemir combined with novolin N in treatment of gestational diabetes are higher,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
