双轨道互动护理模式对社区糖尿病患者治疗效果及依从性的影响

Effect of Two-orbit Interactive Nursing Model on the Treatment Effect and Compliance of Community Diabetes Patients

目的分析社区糖尿病患者采用双轨道互动护理模式的效果与依从性。方法选择该院2016年4月—2018年4月诊治的72例社区糖尿病患者,随机分成研究组(36例)和对照组(36例),对照组行常规护理,研究组予以双轨道互动护理,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组空腹血糖(7.01±2.16)mmol/L、甘油三脂(2.31±0.65)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.20±2.38)mmol/L、总胆固醇(4.63±1.31)mmol/L,低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组遵医用药(2.96±0.76)分、情绪控制(2.86±0.47)分、规律饮食(2.79±0.75)分、坚持运动(2.76±0.42)分、胰岛素使用(2.38±0.19)分,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双轨道互动护理模式在社区糖尿病患者应用效果显著,可有效控制其血糖血脂水平,提升依从性。

Objective To analyze the effect two-orbit interactive nursing model on the treatment effect and compliance of community diabetes patients.Methods 72 cases of community diabetes patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing,while the research group used the two-orbit interactive nursing,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose(7.01±2.16)mmol/L,triglyceride(2.31±0.65)mmol/L,postprandial 2h blood glucose(8.20±2.38)mmol/L and total cholesterol(4.63±1.31)mmol/L in the research group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05,and the compliance,emotional control,regular dieting,insisting on the exercise and insulin usage in the research group were respectively(2.96±0.76)points,(2.86±0.47)points,(2.79±0.75)points,(2.76±0.42)points,(2.38±0.19)points,which were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application effect of two-orbit interactive nursing model in the patients with community diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose and blood liquid levels,and improve the compliance.
