生活方式护理管理对糖尿病并高血压脑出血患者临床护理应用效果及预后分析

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Application Effect and Prognosis of Lifestyle Nursing Management in Patients with Diabetes Combined with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨生活方式护理管理应用于糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者中的疗效及预后。方法以2016年6月—2018年5月该院收治的88例糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者为例,按照护理管理方法的不同分为对照组(44例)和研究组(44例),对照组行常规护理管理,研究组行生活方式护理管理,比较两组的临床及预后效果。结果研究组空腹血糖(6.47±0.48)mmol/L、致残率为11.36%、死亡率为2.27%明显少于对照组(P<0.05);总的并发症发生率为36.36%,明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论生活方式护理管理应用于糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者的临床护理中效果显著,可以有效改善其血糖水平,减少致残率和死亡率,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To study the curative effect and prognosis of lifestyle nursing management in patients with diabetes combined with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 88 cases of patients with diabetes combined with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each,according to the nursing management method,the control group used the routine nursing management,while the research group used the lifestyle nursing management,and the clinical and prognosis effect were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose(6.47±0.48)mmol/L,disability rate 11.36%and morbidity 2.27%in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence rate of complications was 36.36%,which was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of lifestyle nursing management in patients with diabetes combined with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is obvious,which can effectively improve the blood glucose level,decrease the disability rate and morbidity and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
