麦默通微创旋切手术与传统开放手术对乳腺良性肿块的治疗效果探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Minimally Invasive Rotational Excision with Traditional Open Surgery on Benign Breast Mass

目的探讨麦默通微创旋切手术与传统开放手术对乳腺良性肿块的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2016年1月—2018年1月间收治的乳腺良性肿块患者72例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组采取麦默通微创旋切手术治疗,对照组采取传统开放手术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后愈合时间及住院时间均少于对照组(t=8.259 5、10.504 0、5.266 0、13.384 0,P<0.05);观察组的术后瘢痕面积和重度疼痛患者数量小于对照组(t=61.577 5,P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为5.56%,明显低于对照组的30.56%(χ~2=7.603 7,P<0.05),两组数据比较差异有统计学意义。结论对乳腺良性肿块患者采取麦默通微创旋切手术,临床治疗效果更加,可有效减轻患者疼痛,术后瘢痕小、并发症的发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive rotation and conventional open surgery on benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 72 patients with benign breast mass who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Mammoto minimally invasive surgical resection and the control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative healing time and length of stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group(t=8.259 5,10.504 0,5.266 0,13.384 0,P<0.05);The number of severe pain patients was smaller than that of the control group(t=61.577 5,P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 5.56%,which was significantly lower than the control group 30.56%(χ2=7.603 7,P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Mammoto minimally invasive surgical resection of patients with benign breast tumors has more effective clinical treatment,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients,and has a small postoperative scar and low incidence of complications,therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
