厦门市仙岳医院2015—2017年间722例药品不良反应上报分析报告

Report on the Analysis of 722 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Reported by Xianyue Hospital in Xiamen from 2015 to 2017

目的对厦门市仙岳医院最近3年上报的722例药品不良反应发生情况进行调查分析。方法对该院2015年1月—2017年12月间上报的722例药品不良反应情况进行统计和分析。结果该次所上报的722例不良反应报告中男性435例,占比60.25%;女性287例,占比39.75%。年龄分布为4~82岁,平均(46.78±12.34)岁。既往明确存在药品不良反应史者23例,占比3.19%;无药品不良反应史者201例,占比27.84%;药品不良反应史无法明确者498例,占比68.98%。该研究中722例药品不良反应中共包含了4种不同剂型,包括片剂、注射剂、胶囊剂和粉针剂等,其中以片剂所导致的药品不良反应比例最高,达到79.09%。在药品类别上则涵盖了抗精神病类药物、抗抑郁类药物以及抗癫痫类药物等。统计结果显示722例药品不良反应中以口服给药的比例最高,共691例,占比95.71%。722例药品不良反应共累及7个系统,其中以神经系统受累比例最高达到48.61%。结论精神科医务工作者应重视抗精神病药引起不良反应的监测与上报,尤其要重视患者疾病的类型、服药方式的选择、药物类型的选择等,及时预防和调整相关治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the status of 722 cases of adverse drug reactions reported by Xianyue Hospital in Xiamen City in the last three years.Methods 722 cases of adverse drug reactions reported between January 2015 and December 2017 in the hospital were statistically analyzed.Results Of the 722 reported adverse reactions reported in this report,435 were males,accounting for 60.25%;287 were females,accounting for 39.75%.The age distribution ranged from 4 to 82 years old and averaged(46.78±12.34)years old.There were 23 patients with history of adverse drug reactions in the past,accounting for 3.19%;201 patients with no history of adverse drug reactions,accounting for 27.84%;498 patients with history of adverse drug reactions could not be identified,accounting for 68.98%.In this study,722 cases of adverse drug reactions contained a total of four different formulations,including tablets,injections,capsules and injections,among which the proportion of adverse drug reactions caused by tablets was the highest,reaching 79.09%.Drug categories include antipsychotics,antidepressants and antiepileptics.Statistical results showed that the highest proportion of 722 cases of adverse drug reactions with oral administration,a total of 691 cases,accounting for 95.71%.A total of 722 adverse drug reactions involving 7 systems,of which the highest proportion of the nervous system reached 48.61%.Conclusion Psychiatric medical workers should pay attention to the monitoring and reporting of adverse reactions caused by antipsychotics,and in particular should pay attention to the types of patients'diseases,the choice of medication methods,and the choice of drug types,and timely prevent and adjust relevant treatment plans.
