针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的疗效探讨

Acupuncture Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

目的探析针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的疗效。方法方便选取2015年10月—2017年10月该院收治的146例膝关节骨性关节炎为主要研究对象,根据患者意愿选择不同的治疗方式,分为两组,每组73例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加针灸治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率95.89%,对照组的临床疗效为82.19%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.019,P=0.008);经治疗后,观察组患者的膝关节功能评分均明显优于对照组和治疗前,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的VAS评分(3.32±1.29)分、临床症状(膝关节疼痛、肿胀、晨僵)缓解时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效较为显著,可改善患者的膝关节功能,缩短临床症状的缓解时间,提升患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 146 cases of knee osteoarthritis treated in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were convenient selected as the main research subjects.Different treatment methods were selected according to the patients'wishes and divided into two groups,73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical treatment efficiency was 95.89%in the observation group and 82.19%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=7.019,P=0.008).After the treatment,the knee function scores of the observation group were evaluated.Both were significantly better than the control group and before treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS score(3.32±1.29)points and clinical symptoms(knee pain,swelling,morning stiffness)of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in knee osteoarthritis patients is more significant,which can improve the knee joint function,shorten the time for relieving clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
