中药汤剂在胃恶性肿瘤术后的应用

Application of Chinese Herbal Decoction in Postoperative Gastric Cancer

目的探析中药汤剂在胃恶性肿瘤术后的应用效果。方法方便选取2010年1月—2017年12月期间该院收治的60例胃恶性肿瘤手术患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例,对照组患者术后仅给予常规抗感染、输液、营养支持等西医治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予患者该院自拟中药汤剂进行治疗,对患者住院时间、胃肠道反应发生率及腹腔渗出率等进行比较。结果治疗前,两组腹腔引流液量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组腹腔引流液(30.1±10.4)mL显著少于对照组(100.6±15.7)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=10.683,P<0.05);研究组住院时间(10.3±3.6)d显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.792,P<0.05);研究组腹胀发生率6.67%、恶心呕吐发生率10.00%、腹泻发生率6.67%显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.793、12.655、6.934,P<0.05)。结论给予胃恶性肿瘤患者术后中药汤剂,可显著改善患者的消化功能,减少腹腔渗出,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on postoperative gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with gastric malignancies treated in the hospital from January 2010 to December 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,each with 30 patients.The control group received only routine anti-infection,infusion,nutritional support and other Western medical treatment after surgery.The study group on the basis of the control group to patients in this hospital self-made Chinese medicine decoction treatment,the patient's hospitalization time,the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and abdominal effusion rate were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in peritoneal drainage volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the peritoneal drainage fluid(30.1±10.4)mL of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group(100.6±15.7)mL.The difference was statistically signficant(t=10.683,P<0.05);The length of stay in the study group(10.3±3.6)d was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signficant(t=5.792,P<0.05);the incidence of abdominal distension in the study group was 6.67%;nausea and vomiting occurred rate of 10.00%and the incidence of diarrhea was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.793,12.655,6.934,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in patients with gastric cancer can significantly improve the patient's digestive function,reduce peritoneal exudate,shorten the hospital stay,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
