摘要
市场节奏的日益加快,使得企业内的双向沟通变得日益重要。管理者是企业的核心和向导,自上而下的领导沉默,远比自下而上的员工沉默影响更为深远。然而已有的研究忽视了领导沉默这一重要现象,本文通过扎根理论的研究方法,对领导沉默的内涵和其对员工主动行为的影响进行探索性研究。研究发现,考验型、防御型、关系型、惩罚型和威权型领导沉默对员工主动行为有正向影响作用,自我效能感在这种关系中起正向调节作用。
The growing pace of the market has made the two-way communication within an enterprise become increasingly important.Given that managers are the core and guide on the business,top-down leadership silence has a far more profound impact than the bottom-up staff silence.However,the existing research has neglected the important phenomenon of leadership silence.This paper explores leadership silence and its influence on an employee’s initiative through the research method of grounded theory.It is found that the testing,defensive,relational,punitive and authoritative leadership silence has a positive effect on employees’active behaviors.Self-efficacy plays a positive role in this relationship.
