摘要
[目的]探明泥鳅皮肤出血病的病原,并筛选有效的外用和内服药物。[方法]进行了细菌分离鉴定、毒力基因检测、人工感染、药物筛选和治疗试验。[结果]分离的N-1、N-2和N-3株均为凡隆气单胞菌,且携带气溶素aer A、细胞毒性肠毒素Act、热不稳定性肠毒素Alt、丝氨酸蛋白酶Ser等毒力基因。N-1株注射泥鳅的半数致死浓度为2.2×106CFU/尾,并复制出体表点状出血症状。外用和内服药分别优先选择优力克和氟苯尼考。[结论]凡隆气单胞菌可引起泥鳅皮肤出血病,优力克泼洒和氟苯尼考内服可治疗该病。
[Objective]To identify the pathogen of loach skin hemorrhagic disease and screen for effective external and internal medicine.[Method]Bacterial isolation and identification,virulence gene detection,artificial infection,drug screening and treatment tests were carried out.[Result]The isolated N-1,N-2 and N-3 strains were Aeromonas veronii and carried virulent genes such as aerolysin,cytotoxic enterotoxin,thermal unstable enterotoxin and serine protease.The median lethal concentration of N-1 strain injected into loach was 2.2×10 6 CFU/fish,and the body surface punctate bleeding was detected.Topical and internal medication were given priority to the selection of You-li-ke and florfenicol respectively.[Conclusion]Aeromonas veronii can cause loach cutaneous hemorrhage,You-li-ke and florfenicol can be used to treat this disease.
