农业清洁生产中农民农药施用行为及影响因素研究——以洞庭湖生态经济区为例

Study on Farmers' Pesticide Application Behavior and Influencing Factors in Agricultural Cleaner Production——Taking the Ecological Economic Zone of Dongting Lake as an Example

以洞庭湖生态经济区为例,随机问卷调查了924名农民,使用二元Logistic回归模型来检验农药施用行为意愿的影响因素。结果表明:农民对环境的关注、农药残留认知的提高、对农产品质量关注和农药施用量的控制显著地反映了农民减少农药施用的意愿;同时非农收入的增加对农药施用量的减少有负面影响。研究还表明,农民自我约束比政府规制更加有效,国家应提高农民环保意识,对农药施用量进行控制,提高农药的施用效率。

Taking the Ecological Economic Zone of Dongting Lake as an example,we investigated 924 farmers randomly and used binary Logistic regression model to test the influence factors of the behavior intention of pesticide application.The results showed that:farmers’attention to the environment,the improvement of pesticide residue cognition,the attention to the quality of agricultural products and the control of pesticide use significantly reflect the farmers’desire to reduce the use of pesticides,while the increase of non-agricultural income has a negative impact on the reduction of pesticide use.The study also showed that the self-restraint of farmers is more effective than the government regulation.The state should improve the awareness of the farmers’environmental protection,control the use of pesticides and improve the efficiency of the use of pesticides.
