Current Situation and Suggestions on the Construction of Leading Teams in Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions

在事业单位分类改革和人事制度改革的大形势下,对目前农业科研事业单位领导人员管理现状及领导队伍建设存在的问题进行分析,从加强科研事业单位领导队伍选配机制、加强领导干部队伍教育培训工作、加强党风廉政建设3个方面提出了加强科研事业单位领导队伍建设的建议。

Under the general situation of the classification reform of the public institutions and the reform of the personnel system,the current situation of the management of the leaders of agricultural scientific research institutions and the problems existing in the construction of the leadership team were analyzed.Suggestions on strengthening the construction of leading groups in scientific research institutions were put forward from three aspects:strengthening the selection mechanism of leading groups of scientific research institutions,strengthening the education and training of leading cadres,and strengthening the building of party style and clean government.
