依那普利联合比索洛尔对扩张型心肌病患者心功能的影响

Effect of enalapril combined with bisoprolol on cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨依那普利联合比索洛尔对扩张型心肌病患者心功能的影响。方法:选取本院2015年10月~2017年3月期间收治的扩张型心肌病患者106例,利用随机数表法分为两组,各53例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对症治疗基础上给予依那普利片(每次5-10mg,每天2次)和比索洛尔片(每次2.5mg,每天1次),对比治疗前、治疗12周后心功能指标,观察治疗疗效并记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗总有效率对比,观察组(94.34%)较对照组(79.25%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者左室收缩末期内径(Left ventricular end systolic diameter,LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(Left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、左室射血分数(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)以及心率(Heart rate,HR)水平均显著改善,且观察组LVESD、LVEDD、HR水平较对照组低,LVEF较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义。结论:依那普利联合比索洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病可有效提高治疗疗效,改善心功能,且具有较高安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of enalapril combined with bisoprolol on cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:One hundred and six patients with dilated cardiomyopathy in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in each.All patients were given conventional symptomatic treatment,the patients in observation group were given enalapril tablets and bisoprolol tablets on the basis of symptomatic treatment.The curative effect,cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results:The total efficiency of the two groups,the observation group higher(94.34%)than in the control group(79.25%,P<0.05);after treatment,LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF and HR levels of two groups were significantly improved,and the LVESD,LVEDD and HR level of observation group were lower than the control group,however,LVEF was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the adverse effects of the two groups have no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve heart function,and has high safety.
