高职院校教师专业发展逻辑结构完整性及其支持环境 被引量:30

摘要 高素质、专业化、创新型"双师型"教师队伍是高职院校培育高技能人才、支撑新时代我国经济产业发展和参与全球产业竞争需求的保障。高职院校教师专业发展具体是指高职院校教师在专业发展逻辑的引领下,通过各种专业持续发展机制的支持,促使其自身专业知识、技能与综合从教素质等渐进性、持续性提升的过程,覆盖职前培养与在职培训全阶段。目前,师资来源多样化与素质差异化导致的高职院校教师专业发展需求的个性化,成为了我国高职院校教师专业发展起点的总体特点。面对因新工业革命推进过程中对于高技能人才内在素质要求升级所带来的挑战,高职院校教师有效专业发展策略的探寻,首先需基于对高职院校教师专业发展起点和归宿的整体表征,从理论和实践层面澄清专业发展的行动逻辑。继而通过完善职业技术师范教育体系、深化高职院校校企合作的内涵要义、构建常态化高职院校教师专业学习共同体以及开辟多样化和个性化专业发展路径等保障机制,实现高职院校教师专业发展的优质性。 The high-qualified,professional and innovative“Double-Competency”teaching staff is the important assurance for higher vocational college to cultivate high-skilled talents,support China’s industry development and participate in global industrial competition in the new era.Higher vocational college teachers’professional development is the gradual and continuous improvement of teachers’professional knowledge,skills and comprehensive teaching competence under the leading of professional development logic and the guaranteeing of relevant mechanism.Currently,the individualization of teachers’professional development needs caused by the diversification of teachers’sources and the differentiation of professional competence becomes the overall characteristic of the starting point for the Chinese higher vocational colleges teachers’professional development.Facing the new challenge that the requirement for the professional competence of high-skilled workers is updated,brought by the fourth industrial revolution,effective approaches for the professional development of higher vocational college teachers is necessary to explore.Firstly,we need to clarify the action logic from the theoretical and practical levels based on the analysis of the higher vocational college teachers’professional development.Then through improving the technical and vocational teacher education system,strengthening the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and constructing the higher vocational college teachers’professional learning community as well as exploring the diversified and individualized professional development ways,the high-quality professional development of higher vocational college teachers can be realized.
