摘要
针对MDDK1000/250型辊式磨粉机1M喷砂辊温度、工作电流及快辊转速进行了测量,结果显示,自磨粉机开始工作时起,辊体内外温差逐渐缩小,至340min时达到75℃左右的稳态。随着辊体温度逐渐达到稳态,磨粉机的工作电流也基本保持稳定。说明辊体温度和磨粉机的功率消耗具有一定的定量关系。
The temperature,operating current and speed of the roller of the 1M blast roller mill of MDK1000 MDDK1000/250 roller mill were measured.The results showed that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the roller gradually decreased from the beginning of the work,and the steady state reached around 75℃at 340 min.As the roll body temperature was steady,the operating current of the mill was also basically stable,which indicated that the roll body temperature and the power consumption of the mill had a certain quantitative relationship.
