摘要
目的研究小叶莲Sinopodo-phyllum hexandrum(Royle)Ying的化学成分。方法小叶莲95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为5-羟基麦芽酚(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、香草酸(3)、2,4,6-三羟基苯甲酸乙酯(4)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、5-羟甲基糠醛(9)、α-棕榈酸甘油酯(10)。结论化合物1、2、4、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物6、9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Sinopodo-phyllum hexandrum(Royle)Ying.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract from S.hexandrum was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 5-oxymaltol(1),p-hydroxybenic acid(2),vanillic acid(3),ethyl-2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoate(4),ethylparaben(5),protocatechuic acid(6),β-sitosterol(7),daucosterol(8),5-hydromethyl furaldehyde(9),α-glyceryl palmitate(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,2,4 and 5 are isolated from genus Sinopodophyllum for the first time,compounds 6,9 and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
