摘要
为了选择对路面融雪效果佳、环境影响小的盐化物融雪剂,选取7种原材料,借助正交试验设计方法,以融冰量为标准确定复合型盐化物的最优配合比,并研究复合型盐化物的物理性质、化学性质以及复合型盐化物沥青的三大指标。结果表明:当复合型盐化物中CaCl_2·2H_2O、CH_3COOK、Ca(CH_3COO)_2、MgCl_2的配比为1∶3∶2∶3时,复合型盐化物对环境影响较小;复合型盐化物对沥青的三大指标均有不利影响,但能满足规范要求。
In order to choose the salinized snow melting agent with good snow melting effect and small environmental impact,7 kinds of raw materials were selected.The optimum mix ratio of the compound salinization was determined by the amount of the melting ice with the help of the orthogonal experimental design method.Besides,the physical and chemical properties of the compound salinization and the three major indicators of the compound salinized bitumen were also studied.The results show that the compound salinization has little influence on the environment when the ratio of the CaCl2·2H2O,CH3COOK,Ca(CH3COO)2 and MgCl2 of the compound salinization is 1∶3∶2∶3 and it has adverse effects on three major indexes of asphalt.But it still can meet the requirements of the specification.
