摘要
本文通过酚酞水解的方法制得一种含羧基二酚单体,并将其与1,1-双(4-羟苯基)苯乙烷(BHPPE)和4,4’-二氯二苯砜(DCDPS)进行溶液共缩聚,合成出了侧链含羧基的聚芳醚砜共聚物(10-100)-COOH,其特性黏数达0. 9 g·d L^(-1),并通过红外,核磁(NMR)证实了其化学结构,用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、动态热机械扫描分析(DMA)等手段对共聚物的热性能进行了表征,结果表明聚合物具有优良的热性能,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为184~246℃,初始分解温度为389~428℃,拉伸强度为57~72 MPa;同时我们将所得树脂制成多孔分离膜,发现其对金属铜离子有较好的分离效果,且随聚合物分子链上的羧基含量的增加,其分离效率呈上升趋势。
A series Polyarylene ether sulfone copolymers((10-100)-COOH)which containing pendent carboxyl groups were synthesized with 4,4’-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone(DCDPS),1,1-bis(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-1-phenylethane(BHPPE)and 2,2-bis(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-benzoic acid(BHBPA)by solution polycondensation.The inherent viscosities of the resultant copolymers were in the range of 0.75~0.9 dL·g-1.The copolymers were characterized and measured by FT-IR,1HNMR,DSC,DMA.These copolymers were found to have excellent thermal properties with glass transition temperatures(T g)of 184~246 o C,and initial degradation temperatures(T d)of 389~428 o C.These copolymers showed good mechanical properties with tensile strengths of 57~72 MPa.A series porous membrane were prepared by casting the resultant copolymers from NMP solutions.The membranes showed good separation effect on copper ions,and the separation efficiency increasing with the increasing content of pendent carboxyl groups.
