微波辐射铜催化2-氨基苯并噻唑衍生物的合成研究

Microwave-assisted synthesis of 2-aminobenzothiazoles by copper-catalyzed reaction

开展了吡啶中2-卤代芳胺及其衍生物、硫粉与N,N-二甲基硫代氨基甲酰氯衍生物反应生成2-氨基苯并噻唑衍生物的微波辅助合成研究。一系列的2-氨基苯并噻唑衍生物被高效地合成出来,最高产率达到85%。

Microwave-assisted organic synthesis of benzothiazole derivatives through the reaction of 2-haloanilimines,sulfur powder with dimethylthiocarbamoyl chlorides was investigated.A variety of 2-aminobenzothiazoles could be synthesized in good to excellent yields up to 85%.
