摘要
本实验建立了同时测定儿童纸质用品和儿童纺织用品中五种荧光增白剂迁移含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)。样品用pH约为8的水作为提取剂在37℃条件下提取,提取液以C18色谱柱为分离柱,以乙腈和10mmol·L^(-1)乙酸铵溶液(35%:65%)为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)测定,检测波长为350nm。五种荧光增白剂在0~100mg·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r^2)均大于0. 999,仪器检出限(3S/N)在0. 02~0. 10mg·L^(-1)之间,方法定量限(10S/N)在0. 07~0. 33mg·L^(-1)之间,回收率范围为87. 3~102. 2%,相对标准偏差(n=7)为1. 59~4. 78%。该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于同时分析玩具及儿童用品中可迁移的荧光增白剂。
A method for the simultaneous determination of five fluorescent whitening agents(FWAs)in children's paper products and children's textile products by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was development.The sample was extracted with water(pH about 8)at 37℃,and the extract was eluted with C18 chromatographic column by acetonitrile(35%)and 10mmol·L^-1 ammonium acetate solution(65%)as mobile phase,and detected by diode array detector(DAD)at the detection wavelength of 350nm.The results showed good linearity of the five FWAs in the range of 0~100 mg·L^-1 with the correlation coefficients(r 2)greater than 0.999,the instrument detection limits(3 S/N)in the range of 0.02~0.10mg·L^-1,the method quantitation limits(10 S/N)in the range of 0.07~0.33mg·L^-1,the recoveries in the range of 87.3~102.2%,and the relative standard deviations(n=7)in the range of 1.59~4.78%.The method is simple,accurate and can be applied for the simultaneous analysis of the migration contents of FWAs in toys and children's products.
