摘要
提出一类面向连续衰退与突变损伤复合衰退过程的预测维修系统,该系统包括:状态监测数据采集模块、判断模块、参数更新与维修规划模块、执行模块.针对连续衰退与突变损伤复合衰退过程,系统利用采样间隔内未发生突变损伤的状态监测信息更新衰退速率参数,而对采样间隔内发生突变损伤的情况保留最近更新的衰退速率参数,并基于更新后的衰退模型参数开展维修规划.该预测维修系统充分利用了每个特定系统的状态监测信息以开展维修规划,有望提升维修策略的效果.
A predictive maintenance system for integrated degradation processes with continuous degradation and mutation damage is proposed.The system contains a condition monitoring and data collection module,a judgment module,a parameter updating and maintenance scheduling module,and an implementation module.The predictive maintenance system updates the degradation rate parameter using condition monitoring data without mutation damage during the sampling interval,while retaining the recently updated degradation rate parameter for the occurrence of sudden damage during the sampling interval.The maintenance planning is scheduled based on the updated model parameters.The predictive maintenance system makes full use of the status monitoring information of each specific system to carry out maintenance planning,and can hopefully improve the effectiveness of maintenance strategies.
