摘要 借助劳务共享平台"微工网"的调查数据,运用分位数回归和Bootstrap技术,研究了新经济背景下平台型灵活就业劳动者收入差距及其影响因素。研究发现:平台型灵活就业劳动者收入的基尼系数为0. 336,略低于全国水平;影响其收入差距的因素是多元而复杂的,既有人力资本、物质资本、家庭经济状况和社会资本等内在约束,也有户籍制度、行业差异等外在影响。具体的,教育水平越高、对家庭经济满意度越低、家庭开支越多、属于企业管理人员者兼职收入更高;提升教育水平最有利于低收入平台型劳动者增加收入;互联网行业吸纳了大量女性、青年、流动人口就业,这是传统经济难以比拟和超越的优势。 This paper provides an analytical study on the wage and its influencing factors of the flexible employee working on web-based platform using the data from Weigong net.The Gini coefficient of the flexible employee working on the web-based platform is 0.366,less than the national average.Quantile regression models and Bootstrap results show that internal restraint,such as human capital,material capital and social capital and external restraint,such as industry and hukou all affect their income significantly.The worker with high levels of education are more likely unsatisfied with their income while their household expenses are high;the business management personnel earn more income with the part-time job.Education could improve the income of the low income flexible employees;The internet economic creates a lot of jobs for the female,youth and migrant,which is different from traditional economy.
