Based on the study of human-land balance, this paper explores the relationship between the land ecological pressure and population, and constructs the comparative index model of land ecological pressure of population based on man-land relationship, and select four indicators, including population size, population density based on the economic output, urbanization development level, population density based on ecological land,to carry out research and analysis based on land use change survey data of different cities and districts in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The results show that:in 2015,there are 10 districts in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area where the population of land ecological pressure is smaller than that of resident population, and the 27 districts have greater of land ecological pressure than that of resident population; The index of land ecological pressure of population varies greatly, the central city of Tianjin is 106.12,and the index of Chengde is only 0.11.There are significant differences in the contradiction between the population and the land ecological pressure of the different districts. We should rationally carry out the division based on the population carrying capacity, monitor the land ecological pressure of population dynamically, improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of land, and formulate the zoning policy of population regulation.
