摘要 针对快速脱缆钩存在的钩体使用角度超范围和单钩承受拉力超安全工作负荷的设计问题,对快速脱缆钩如何保证船舶系泊安全进行研究。从船舶系缆方式、码头靠泊船舶吨级、新旧码头依据规范内容3个方面分析快速脱缆钩使用角度超范围的原因,从风力和涌浪作用及船舶装卸和涨落潮作用2个方面分析快速脱缆钩单钩拉力超负荷的原因,提出加强快速脱缆钩使用管理、升级更新快速脱缆钩、定期检测和设置码头导缆孔的解决问题方法。 In view of the design problems concerning the quick release hook including beyond-scope use of a single hook and over safe load tension of a single hook,this paper probes into the way for the quick release hook to guarantee the safe mooring of ships.Analyzing the reasons of beyond-scope use of the quick release hook from three aspects including the ship’s mooring,the wharf berthing ships’tonnage,as well as the standard content for the old and new terminals,and studying the reason of over safe load tension of a single hook from the wind and surging effect and the ship loading&unloading and the flood and ebb,this paper puts forward the countermeasures including strengthening the use management for the quick release hook,updating and renovating the quick release hook,as well as the periodic testing and setting terminal chock.
