摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、半制备HPLC等方法从黄花石蒜(Lycoris aurea)鳞茎的生物碱提取物中分离纯化获得6个生物碱类化学成分;通过波谱学数据、理化性质及文献数据对照分别确定为:2,3,9,12-tetramethoxyberbine(1)、tetrahydropalmatine(2)、isocorypalmine(3)、trisphaeridine(4)、4,5-dehydroanhydrolycorine(5)、lycorine(6).化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Six alkaloids were isolated from the bulbus of Lycoris aurea by column chromatography on silica gel,semi-preparative HPLC,and Sephadex LH-20.On basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literatures,The structures were determined to be 2,3,9,12-tetramethoxyberbine(1),tetrahydropalmatine(2),isocorypalmine(3),trisphaeridine(4),4,5-dehydroanhydroly-corine(5),and lycorine(6).Compounds 1-5 were isolated form this plant for the first time.
