摘要
在分析复杂整体壁板制造工艺的基础上,提出一种准确计算复杂整体壁板中性层位置的工程方法,实现了复杂壁板的近似展开以得到较为准确的壁板工艺展开模型;同时通过增加蠕变时效定形以及修正壁板接口精度等工艺措施,大幅度提高了壁板上设备接口的加工精度,实现了复杂整体壁板类工件的高精度加工。
Complex integral panel parts are widely used in spacecraft structures.Based on the analysis of the integral machining panel process,this paper presents an engineering method to accurately calculate the position of the neutral layer,and realizes the accurate expansion of the panel to get a more accurate model of the panel expansion.At the same time,the creep aging process is increased and the accuracy of the panel interface is modified.Finally,the machining accuracy of the product has been greatly improved,and the high-precision machining of complex integral parts has been realized.
