摘要
传统容积式压缩机生产过程中缸体、活塞(转轴)、阀片、连杆的制造过程均已实现自动化,只有焊接过程仍需要手工操作完成,大大降低了生产效率和生产节拍。针对上述问题,设计了一种自动化压缩机内壳压簧支架凸焊机,可实现内壳压簧自动定位,同时焊接,极大地提高了生产效率和产品合格率。
The manufacturing process of cylinder,piston(shaft),valve plate and rod of traditional type compressor have been automated,only the welding process still needs manual operation,greatly reduces the production efficiency and production cycle in view of the above problems,design a kind of automatic compressor shell pressure spring bracket projection welding machine,can realize the inner shell pressure spring automatic positioning and welding,greatly improving the production efficiency and the rate of qualified products.
