摘要
对影响数控回转工作台定位精度的因素加以分析,在消隙系统、轴间平行度、编码器安装系统、阻尼卡紧系统4个方面对2.5 m立式车床数控回转工作台从6个环节提出了对设计、加工、装配工艺等的要求,并经过实施,使回转工作台承载状态下的实测定位精度达到±2″,重复定位精度达到±1.5″,反向差值达到±1.5″。
This paper analyzes the factors of influencing the positioning accuracy of NC rotary table.In the aspects of clearance elimination system,axial parallelism,installation system of encoder,damping and clamping system,from 6 links the author indicate the requirements of designing,manufacturing and assembling etc.of 2.5m vertical lathe’s NC rotary table.Experiments prove that in the condition of loading the measured positioning accuracy of the rotary table can reach±2",the repeated positioning accuracy can reach±1.5"and the reverse difference can reach±1.5".
