摘要
以某发动机缸体加工为研究对象,在分析现有工艺及装备不足的基础上,采用工序集中原则,选择专用设备,提出了一次装夹多轴同时加工的工艺方案;根据确定的工艺方案,选择A面朝左、B面朝右的加工姿态,从而确定了在床身中间设置专用夹具、左右两端设置主轴箱的整体布局方案;根据加工姿态及工件孔位要求,在确定切削参数的基础上,详细阐述了专用主轴箱的传动路线、原理及其结构。实际生产表明:采用此工艺及装备后,单台设备实际年生产纲领由5万件左右提升至25万件以上,合格率由90%左右提升至99.9%以上,各项指标均达到企业生产需要。
Using certain engine cylinder process as a study subject,we adapt Centralization and Decentralization of Procedure,choose special equipment,and come up with a craft case in which clamping once with multi-axis machining simultaneously,which is based on the fact that we also analyze craft and shortcomings of equipment.According to the known craft case,we choose A side to the left,B side to the right as the process gesture,so that we can make sure the complete layout case where we setspecial chucks in the middle of the bed and set headstock on the left and right side.According to the process gesture and workplace demand,we explicit transferring route,theory,and construction of the special headstock based on cutting parameters.Practical production shows:If we adapt this craft and equipment,single equipment s real production programme escalates from about 50 thouand to 250 thousand pieces.The Percent of pass escalates from 90%to 99.9%,which meets the process demand of Corporations.
