基于锥膛发射弹裙挤压过程的仿真分析

摘要 为了研究射弹在锥膛段的挤压变形过程,以带有锥膛结构的火炮和水下射弹为研究对象,对射弹弹裙挤进过程进行了研究。建立了射弹在膛内运动的力学模型,运用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了射弹和锥膛结构模型,塑性材料选择Johnson-Cook本构模型,并且大变形区域采取了自适应网格技术。仿真结果表明,前、后弹裙由尾部开始逐渐向前部弹塑性变形,总挤压阻力随两弹裙阻力变化,射弹速度升至最大后,又会有一小段变化。 Taken the conic barrel and underwater projectile as the research object,projectile-skirts squeezing process is researched.The mechanical model of projectile motion in the chamber is established.An nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the models of projectile and conic barrel.Plastic material selectes the constitutive model of Johnson-Cook,and the large deformed districts is adopted adaptive grid technology.Results of simulation show that,forward and rear skirts startes elastic-plastic deformation from the tail to the forward,total pressing resistance changed with the resistance of two skirts,and there will be a small change after the projectile velocity risen to maximum.
