摘要
为了研究新型节能轻质夹芯复合墙板的抗弯承载力和破坏形式,文章进行了5个钢筋网格玻化微珠泡沫混凝土(steel-grid vitrified microsphere foamed concrete,SVMFC)夹芯复合外墙板在横向荷载作用下受弯性能试验,分析了SVMFC夹芯复合外墙板的荷载-位移关系曲线,研究了夹芯复合外墙板在均布荷载作用下的破坏形式和应变分布规律。试验研究表明,SVMFC夹芯复合外墙板具有较好的抗弯承载力,能够满足相关规范的要求。研究结果可为SVMFC夹芯复合外墙板在实际工程中的设计与施工提供参考。
To study the bending behavior and failure mode of new-type lightweight and energy-conserving sandwich composite wallboard,five steel-grid vitrified microsphere foamed concrete(SVMFC)sandwich composite external walls under lateral load were tested.The load-displacement curves of SVMFC sandwich composite external walls were analyzed.The failure modes and strain distributing disciplinarian of SVMFC sandwich composite external walls under uniform load were studied.The experimental results indicate that the SVMFC sandwich composite external walls exhibit favorable bending capacity and can satisfy the requirements of related specifications.The research can provide a reference for the design and construction of SVMFC sandwich composite external walls in engineering projects.
