窄基角钢输电塔风载体型系数数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical simulation of shape coefficient of wind load on an angle steel transmission tower with narrow foundation

摘要 为研究基于计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值模拟技术的窄基角钢输电塔整体建模及风载体型系数的合理取值问题,文章利用UG和GAMBIT软件建立了输电塔模型,利用Fluent软件进行了不同风向角下输电塔风载体型系数的计算,讨论了风速、风向对风载体型系数的影响,并与规范值进行了比较。研究发现,参考风速对风载体型系数影响很小;纵向及横向风载体型系数随风向角的变化均先增大后减小,分别在22.5°、67.5°达到最大值;模拟得到的输电塔各段风载体型系数比规范计算结果大20%以上,特别是塔腿和横担部分与规范相差更大。 In order to solve the problem of the overall modeling and the rational shape coefficients of wind load on an angle steel transmission tower with narrow foundation by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation method,the overall modeling of transmission tower is established with the UG and GAMBIT software.Then the shape coefficients of the angle steel transmission tower under different wind directions are obtained by using Fluent software.The effects of wind speed and wind direction on the shape coefficients of wind load are studied,and the shape coefficients are compared with code values.The results show that the reference wind speed has little influence on the shape coefficients.The shape coefficients of wind load in transverse and longitudinal directions increase at first and then decrease with the increase of wind direction,and the maximum shape coefficients appear at 22.5 o and 67.5 o,respectively.The simulated shape coefficients of each section of the angle steel transmission tower are above 20%larger than the code values,especially those for tower leg and cross arm.
