摘要
引江补汉工程是南水北调中线工程的后续工程,其引水规模的确定涉及到长江三峡水库水源区、汉江流域以及中线工程受水区等,具有分析范围广、影响因素多、边界条件复杂等特点。在预测中线工程受水区2030年水平年需水量的基础上,构建了长江三峡水库、丹江口水库以及中线工程受水区的水资源联合调度模型,通过长系列水资源联合调节计算的方式来确定引江补汉工程的引水规模,并对各个方案的引水效果进行初步分析。分析过程中所采用的方法和思路可为其他调水工程的规模论证提供参考。
The Water Diversion Project from the Three Gorges Reservoir to the Hanjiang River(WDTGH)is the follow-up project of the Middle Route Project(MRP)of South-to-North Water Diversion(SNWD).The determination of water diversion quantity involves the water source area of the Three Gorges Reservoir,the Hanjiang River basin and the water receiving area of the middle route project.and is characterized by wide range of analysis,many influential factors and complex boundary conditions,etc.Based on the prediction on water demand in the water receiving area of MRP in 2030,this paper constructs a water resources joint regulation model of the Three Gorges Reservoir,Danjiangkou Reservoir and the MRP,and determines the water diversion quantity of the diversion project by combined regulation calculation of long series of water resources data.Furthermore,the effects of various diversion schemes are preliminarily analyzed.The method and ideas can provide references for the scale demonstration of WDTGH and other water diversion projects.
