摘要
甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯(OCM)是直接将甲烷转化为乙烯的反应过程,介绍了近年来OCM反应过程的主要反应机理模型:Mars-Van Krevelen机理模型、Langmuir-Hinshelwood机理模型、Eley-Rideal机理模型、Rideal-Redox机理模型,综述了近年来有关OCM反应的动力学模型,指出将催化剂的研究与催化剂动力学和反应机理的研究相结合,可指导OCM反应催化剂及反应器的研究。
Oxidative coupling of methane(OCM)to ethylene is a direct conversion process of methane to ethylene.The main reaction mechanism models of OCM reaction process in recent years are introduced:Mars-Van Krevelen mechanism model,Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism model,Eley-Rideal mechanism model,and Rideal-Redox mechanism model.The kinetic models of oxidative coupling of methane reaction in recent years are reviewed.It is pointed out that the combination of catalyst researches and researches on catalyst kinetics and reaction mechanism can guide the catalyst and reactor researches of methane oxidative coupling to ethylene reaction.
