《斗争》(西北版)与陕甘苏区基层党组织建设

“Struggle”( Northwest Edition) and the Construction of Grassroots Party Organizations in Shanxi-Gansu Soviet Area

《斗争》(西北版)是中共中央到达陕北后主办的机关刊。该刊重视党的基层组织建设,及时刊发党中央关于党的建设的文件与决定,发表了一系列有关党的基层组织建设的文章,指出在当时历史条件下,支部建设和党员队伍建设是基层党组织建设的重点。支部建设应重点做好动员群众、培养支部独立工作能力、开展好支部的日常工作等方面的工作。党员队伍建设的重点是大力发展党员,扩大党员队伍。该刊虽存在时间不长,但为巩固和扩大陕甘苏区根据地作出了重要贡献,对今天办好党刊也有借鉴意义。

"Struggle"(Northwest Edition)is an official publication sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China after arriving in northern Shanxi.The journal attaches great importance to the construction of the party’s grassroots organizations,publishes timely the documents and strategic decisions of the party Central Committee on the party construction,and a series of articles on the construction of the party’s grassroots organizations,pointing out that under the very historical conditions at that time,the focus of grassroots party organization construction is the construction of the party branch and the construction of the party members.The construction of the party branch should mobilize the masses,cultivate the independent working ability of the branch,and carry out the daily work of the branch.The focus of the party member construction is to vigorously enlarge the number of the party members and expand the party membership.Some of these concepts have certain reference significance for strengthening the construction of the party branch today.
