近代以理性主义为明证的主体论在人性观上表现为预成性、孤立性和异己性,这种人性观消解着教学的理想和价值,生成论教学哲学秉持主体生成论的人学视野,重新阐释教学人性观的方法论原理,认为人是生成的主体、关系的主体和实践的主体,以主体生成论取代理性预设的主体论,能够赋予教学新的逻辑起点和内涵意蕴。
