摘要
应用20.02%地芬·硫酸钡饵剂对森林害鼠进行药效防治和适口性试验。结果表明:在黑龙江省试验地20.02%地芬·硫酸钡饵剂低,中,高投药量为2,3,4 kg/hm2的灭鼠效果分别为50.00%,75.00%,92.93%;在青海省同样低,中,高剂量的灭鼠效果分别为53.77%,77.60%,82.12%。随着投药剂量的增加,灭鼠效果也相应的提高。害鼠对20.02%地芬·硫酸钡饵剂的摄食量较高,适口性能够满足对害鼠防治的要求。饵剂投药剂量为4 kg/hm2时,对棕背鼠平Clethrionomys rufocanus和达乌尔鼠兔Ochotona dauurica等多种害鼠的防治效果高于对照药剂溴敌隆。
The efficacy and palatability test of 20.02%diphenoxylate·barium sulphate baits against forest rodents was carried out.The results showed that the control effect in field in Heilongjiang Province were 50.00%,75.00%and 92.94%with application dosage of 2,3,4 kg/ha respectively,which were 54.07%,77.82%and 82.87%in Qinghai Province.With the increase of the dosage,the effect of rodent control was correspondingly improved.The rodent had a higher food intake for the bait,and the palatability could meet the requirements for the control of the rodent.When the dosage of bait was 4 kg/ha,the control effect on various rodents such as Clethrionomys rufocanus and Ochotona dauurica was higher than that of the bromadiolone.
