摘要
室内分别采用菌丝生长速率法和凹玻片法测定亚磷酸钾对油松枯梢病菌Sphaeropsis sapinea菌丝生长及孢子萌发的抑制效果,林间测定亚磷酸钾复配剂对油松枯梢病的防治效果及其对油松Pinus tabulaeformis树势的生理影响。结果表明:亚磷酸钾对油松枯梢病菌菌丝生长及孢子萌发的抑制作用随浓度的增加而增大,3天对菌丝生长的抑制中浓度(EC50)为7.360,24 h对孢子萌发的EC50为19.058;防治油松枯梢病时注入亚磷酸钾复配剂后,试验组树干单位电容高于对照组,且钾(K)、磷(P)含量较对照组稳定,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性均高于对照组。
The inhibitory effects of potassium phosphite on mycelium growth and spore germination of Sphaeropsis sapinea were determined indoor by mycelium growth rate method and concave slide method.Besides,the control effect of potassium phosphite on tip blight of Pinus tabulaeformis and the physiological effect of potassium phosphite on the growth of P.tabulaeformis were determined.The results showed that the antifungal rates of potassium phosphite on mycelium growth and spore germination of S.sapinea increased with the rise of concentration.The EC 50 of inhibition rates of mycelial growth on the third day was 7.360,and the EC 50 of inhibition rates of spore germination at the time of 24 hours was 19.058.After injecting mixture of potassium phosphite,the trunk unit capacitance of the test group was higher than that of the control group,the contents of potassium and phosphorus of the test group were more stable,and the activity of superoxide dismutase and polyphenol oxidase in the test group were higher.
