摘要 针对建筑装配式钢结构抗震性能检测,由于采用传统系统信息采集不详细问题,导致检测效果较差,提出基于BIM的建筑装配式钢结构抗震性能检测系统设计。根据BIM抗震检测系统结构,分析传感节点基本功能,并设计传感器节点电路图,通过射频通信方式进行处理,可将数据传输到检测基站中。利用扫描信道来构建检测基站,可收集全部数据,通过RS 232总线接口传输到PC主机中。依据BIM抗震性能检测模型对硬件结构进行程序设计,将入网节点传送给检测基站,再由PC主机进行处理,由此实现抗震性能检测系统的设计。通过实验对比结果可知,该系统最高检测效果可达到90%以上,为促进钢结构抗震应用提供指导。 Since the traditional building assembly steel structure seismic performance detection system can′t acquire the detailed information,and has poor detection effect,the design of BIM-based building assembly steel structure seismic performance detection system is proposed.According to the structure of the seismic detection system based on BIM,the basic functions of the sensor nodes are analyzed,and the circuit diagram of the sensor nodes is designed.The data can be transmitted to the detection base station by means of the radio frequency communication.The scanning channel is used to construct the detection base station,collect all the data,and then the data is transmitted to PC through the RS 232 bus interface.According to the BIM seismic performance detection model,the hardware structure is programmed,in which the network node is transmitted to the detection base station,and processed by PC to realize the design of the seismic performance detection system.The experimental contrast results show that the maximum detection effect of the system can reach up to 90%,and can provide the guidance for the seismic application of steel structure.
