摘要 为了应对目前施工现场安全管理方面的不足,提出1套能够实现事前化、实时可视化的施工现场智能安全系统解决方案,该系统从现状分析和实际需求入手,利用Cloud-BIM、UWB、Zig Bee和人工势场法等技术方法的集成,在人员即时定位、危险源和危险区域识别与分析的基础上,完成信息协同、实时定位、危险预警和路径规划4部分模块的系统架构,实现场地分析、危险预警以及对人、材、机的静止堆放和移动路径的分析规划。研究表明:该系统的应用能够降低施工现场不安全现象发生的频率,从整体上提高现场安全管理水平。 In order to cope with the deficiencies of safety management on the construction site at present,a solution of intelligent safety system for the construction site was proposed,which could realize the beforehand control and real-time visualization.Starting from the analysis of current situation and practical demand,and integrating the Cloud-BIM,UWB,ZigBee,artificial potential field(APF)and other technical methods,the system structure including four parts of modules,namely information collaboration,real-time positioning,hazards early-warning and path planning,was completed on the basis of the instant positioning of personnel and the identification and analysis of hazard sources and hazardous areas,and the system realized the analysis of construction site,the hazards early-warning,and the analysis and planning about the static stacking and movement paths of personnel,materials and machines.The results showed that the application of this system can reduce and even avoid the possibility of unsafe phenomena,and enhance the safety management level of construction site on the whole.
