摘要
采用亚铁离子媒染法对改性腈纶纤维进行染色,分析了染色温度、染色时间、苏木用量、媒染剂用量和洗涤次数对改性腈纶苏木染色性能的影响。通过测试和分析K/S值和颜色特征值的变化,确定最佳亚铁媒染染色的工艺条件。结果表明,当染色温度为80℃、苏木用量为60~200 m L/L、媒染剂用量为0.25 g/L、保温染色60 min左右时,染色织物具有较深的色泽和较好的耐皂洗色牢度。
The modified acrylic fiber was dyed by ferrous ion mordant dyenig method.The effects of dyeing temperature,time,amount of sappanwood and mordant,washing times on the dyeing rpoperties of modified acrylic were discussed via modified acrylic fiber dyeing with ferrous ion mrodant dyeing.The K/S value and color characteristic value were tested and the optimalprocess for ferrous ion mordatn dyeing were determined.The results showed that th e K/S value and color fastness of dyed acrylicfiber was greatly improved with 0.25 g/L mordant,60~200 mL/L sappanwood dyeing at 80℃for 60 min.
