摘要
用活性炭和秸秆灰渣制备复合吸附剂,对印染废水的脱色及CODCr去除性能进行了研究。探讨了活性炭与秸秆灰渣质量比、投加量、粒度及pH对印染废水脱色率和CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺为:活性炭与秸秆灰渣质量比0.7,活性炭与秸秆灰渣粒度60~80目,复合吸附剂投加量3 g,pH=6.0;脱色率达到95%以上,CODCr去除率达90%以上。
Activated carbon and straw ash residue were used to prepare copmosite adsorbents,and the decolorization and CODCr removal performance of dyeing wastewater were studied.The efefcts of mass ratio,dosage,particle size and pH of activated carbon and straw ash residue on decolorizaiton rate and CODCr removal rate of printing and dyeing wastewater were discussed.The results showed that the mass raito of activated carbon and straw ash residue was 0.7,the particle size of activated carbon and straw ash residue wer 60~80 mesh,the dosage of composite absorbents wa s 3 g/100 mL and pH=6.0 were the optimum conditions.The decolorization rate was above 95%,and the CODCr removal rate was over 90%.
