1848年《共产党宣言》的发表,是马克思主义诞生的标志。《共产党宣言》是国际共产主义运动的纲领性文献,它不仅阐释了人类社会发展的规律,揭示了社会变革的必然性,而且将人类社会发展同民族问题联系起来进行了考察,揭示了随着经济的发展,民族的片面性、局限性日益成为不可能,进而民族之间的敌对关系也将逐渐消失,走向民族融合是历史发展的必然规律,《共产党宣言》形成了系统的民族观。当今,全球正面临"孤立主义"、"霸权主义"、"唯我优先"、"唯我独大"等狭隘民族观的挑战,探究《共产党宣言》中的民族观,对于深刻理解习近平提出的"人类命运共同体"、"一带一路"等倡议蕴含的民族观,具有重要的当代意义。

In 1848,the publication of the Manifesto of the Communist Party,the programmatic document of the international communist movement,was the sign of the birth of Marxism.It had explained the laws of the development of human society,revealed the inevitability of social reforms,linked and investigated into the development of human society and nations,and shown that with the development of economy,the one-sidedness and limitation of nations would be increasingly outdated,thus the hostile relations between nations would gradually disappear.As a result,it is inevitable for the human society to move toward national integration according to the law of historical development.The manifesto has developed a systematic conception of nation.Facing the challenges of some parochialistic ideas about nation such as isolationism,hegemonism,as well as“me first”and“me alone”notions,probing into the conception of nation in the manifesto is contemporarily significant because it will help us understand deeply the conception of nation in President Xi Jinping s Belt and Road Initiative and the initiative of building a community of shared future for mankind.
