摘要 利用11个思茅松优良无性系作为杂交亲本,按照析因交配设计,组成了30个杂交组合进行人工杂交。采集种子后对杂交种子进行实生繁殖,共得到了9个较大的F1分离群体。结合子代表型变异及亲本间SRAP标记遗传相似系数分析,确定在子代表型及亲本DNA水平均差异较大的9号家系作为构建思茅松遗传连锁图谱的作图群体,为思茅松遗传连锁图谱构建、数量性状定位奠定基础。 Using 11 selected clones as the hybrid parents,a total of 30 crossing combinations were hybridized according to the analysis of mating design.By the way of sowing and culture of seedlings,nine F 1 families were obtained.Based on the variation analysis of field phenotypic characteristics among nine F 1 families and the analysis of gentic similarity coefficient between 11 parents using SRAP markers,family 9 was selected as the mapping population for constructing the genetic linkage map in Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis.It is the basic step for mapmaking and QTLs.
