Achievements,Prospect and Measures of China's Sports Industry Development

对我国体育产业发展的主要成就、新时代体育产业发展走向及主要措施进行研究。认为:我国体育产业发展成就斐然,表现为规模不断扩大、体系不断健全、主体不断壮大、质量不断提升、贡献日趋突出、政策不断完善、平台不断搭建、基础愈发坚实;根据体育产业以"提升发展质量与效益"为主线的发展思路,提出2020年、2035年、21世纪中叶三阶段的发展目标;应从深化"放管服"改革、发展运动项目产业、打造现代化体育产业体系、促进产业融合、鼓励创新创业、搭建产业载体、推进区域产业协同、扩大体育消费、实施新开放战略等方面实现三阶段的发展目标。

The study makes an analysis of the main achievements,future prospect and major measures in the development of sports industry in China.It states that great achievements have been made in the development of China’s sports industry since the reform and opening-up in 1978,with the growing expansion of the scale,the constantly improved system and the growing body and quality.Besides,outstanding contributions and policies with constantly increased platforms and foundations can also be seen.Hence the development goal of the three stages of 2020,2035 and the middle of the century is put forward on the basis of the development thought of the sports industry as the main line of“improving the quality and efficiency of development”.That is,we should proceed to deepen the reform of“delegating powers to the lower levels,improving management and optimizing services”,develop sports industry,build a modern sports industry system,promote industrial integration,encourage innovation and entrepreneurship,establish industrial carriers,advance regional industrial synergy,expand sports consumption and implement the new opening strategy.
